Of the four HVAC dealers who responded to my quote request, Adams Heating and Cooling spent more time interacting with me (not selling me) than the other three combined. Mr. Adams consistently and quickly responded to my phone calls and text messages to answer my questions. The equipment he proposed was excellent and the pricing was very competitive. He was personally involved in the proposal, installation and pre-service testing of the system, and resolution of some technical issues that arose during the installation. He was personally accountable for the work of his installers. His primary goal was my satisfaction with the system installation and performance. Adams Heating and Cooling will be performing the periodic maintenance on the system.
